Review: Suaoki Stainless Steel Fishing Pliers

This review is for a pair of Suaoki Stainless Steel Fishing Pliers.  Now that my kids are getting a little older (and I’m getting a little older), I have wanted to get out on the lake more often.  The problem is that over the years I’ve acquired a lot of really cheap fishing gear and I get frustrated when I’m out there and things don’t work right.  The Suaoki pliers are definitely a step in the right direction for me.  These are some nice pliers.  More than just your typical run-of-the-mill household needle nose pliers, these were made specifically for fishing and are a high-grade aluminum.  The jaws have specific grooves for different kinds of fishing line and the cutters are sharp.  Can’t wait to get back on the water.

  • 100% aircraft-grade aluminum (corrosion resistant and ultra-durable)
  • Stainless Steel Jaws (which are replaceable)
  • Sharp Tungsten Cutters
  • Cloth case that can be mounted to your belt
  • Coiled spring lanyard keeps the pliers tied to the case and from falling in the water
